These terms apply to your use of StreamCut ("StreamCut", "we"), a tool for editing stream clips and publishing them to YouTube, TikTok and Instagram. By using StreamCut you agree to them. StreamCut is in early access, so features and plans may change.
You may only import, edit and publish content you own or have the rights to use. That includes the video, the music and any sounds you upload. You keep ownership of your content. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide StreamCut to you. You are responsible for what you publish.
You are responsible for following the terms of each platform you use with StreamCut, including Twitch's, YouTube's, TikTok's (Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and Branded Content Policy) and Instagram's. StreamCut is not affiliated with or endorsed by Twitch, YouTube, TikTok or Instagram. We only post what you choose, with the visibility, interaction and disclosure settings you pick for each post.
If you believe content on StreamCut infringes your rights, email the contact below with the details and we will review it and remove content where appropriate. Accounts that repeatedly infringe may be closed.
You sign in with Twitch and are responsible for activity on your account. Do not use StreamCut to break the law, to harm others, or to disrupt the service. We may suspend an account that does.
We work to keep StreamCut running and your content safe, but the software is provided as is, without warranty, and we are not liable for losses from the service being unavailable or from decisions made by the platforms you publish to. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you before it applies. You can stop using StreamCut and ask us to delete your data at any time.
